The call for applicants for the eighth Security Forum Awards is now open.

Following the pattern of the past seven years, the Security Forum Awards aim to promote and boost research, development and innovation in the security industry in Spain by giving recognition to those responsible for current research projects in the field of security, and meaningful projects executed, which serve as a model and showcase.

The Security Forum R&D+i Award category is open to any research member or team from Spanish university or business school departments, and to researchers or students whose thesis or research activity is not linked to any business activity. The Security Forum Award for Best Security Project carried out in Spain is open to companies that are part of the project itself and to Security Managers.

The winners will have the opportunity to present their project during the Security Forum 2020, and the awards ceremony will take place on 2 June during a dinner-cocktail.
